Returns & Refunds Policy
At Savagewolves, we want you to be completely happy with your order.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.
Returns Window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us at customerservice@savagewolvesuk.com before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return details.
Condition of Items
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused supplements in their original sealed packaging.
Once a seal is broken or the product has been opened, we’re unable to accept a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@savagewolvesuk.com
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received by us, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Return Shipping
- If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- If you’ve simply changed your mind, return postage will be your responsibility.
All returns must be sent using a trackable delivery service and include your order details inside the parcel.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can’t accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Clearance or sale items
